Who can purchase Starfire Cigs®?
YOU MUST BE 18 YEARS OR OLDER TO BUY OR USE STARFIRE CIGS PRODUCTS. While there is a zero-nicotine cartridge option, other Starfire™ Cigs cartridge options contain nicotine, a highly addictive substance derived from the tobacco plant. They are not intended for use by women who are pregnant or breast feeding, or persons with or at risk of heart disease, high blood pressure, diabetes, or taking medicine for depression or asthma. If you are allergic to nicotine, or any combination of inhalants consult your physician before using Starfire™ Cigs. THIS IS NOT A SMOKING CESSATION PRODUCT.
How does Starfire Cigs®?
When you take a "puff" of the Starfire Cig, a pressure sensor triggers the microchip turning on the atomizer and LED light that illuminates the diamond tip to indicate it is working properly. The atomizer uses a fluid from the cartridge to produce the environmentally friendly – aromatic vapor.
Does Starfire Cigs® produce smoke?
No. Starfire Cigs&™ smokeless electronic cigarette, also known as an e-cig or personal vaporizer, is an amazing alternative to traditional smoking because they produce a vapor that looks like smoke. Starfire Cigs® do not actually "burn" anything therefore there is no tar, no messy ashes, or smelly clothes that a regular tobacco product would leave behind.
What makes Starfire Cigs® better than other electronic cigarettes?
Aside from the signature diamond tip on all Starfire Cigs, the Starfire Cigs® PCC (Personal Carrying Case) technologically advanced pack uniquely doubles as both a carrying case and battery charge that allows you can charge your Starfire Cigs® on the go. It contains an intelligent microchip that analyzes how much a Starfire Cigs® battery is charged before charging it. If the battery needs to be charged, then your PCC will start charging it and automatically stop charging it when it detects the battery is fully charged. This feature conserves the power of your Starfire Cigs® PCC and helps protect the lifespan of your batteries by preventing overcharging.
Also each Starfire Cigs® cartridge contains a new atomizer. This insures every "puff" delivers a smoothe, reliable and satisfying vapor that will never let you down. Starfire Cigs® cartridges are also made with vegetable glycerin fluid, are available in several flavors and nicotine strengths, are propylene glycol free, and are made in the United States.
Why is the light on the end of the cigarette colored?
The unique diamond shaped tip of Starfire Cigs® turns blue (for the black version) and ruby red (for the white version) when you take a puff to let people around you know you are smoking an electronic cigarette. It is a friendly way to help reduce concerns when smoking in areas where tobacco cigarettes are not allowed.
Can I smoke Starfire Cigs® anywhere?
Starfire Cigs® is not a traditional cigarette so it doesn't actually "burn" anything therefore there is no tar, no messy ashes, or smelly clothes that a regular tobacco product would leave behind. It can be smoked in many places where tobacco smoking is not allowed such as bars, restaurants, arenas, planes and office buildings. Starfire Cigs® produces an environmentally friendly – odorless vapor that disappears in a few seconds. Regarding where you can use Starfire Cigs, you are responsible for ensuring that your use complies with the rules and regulations of all governing bodies or other entities having jurisdiction.
What flavors are available?
Starfire Cigs® cartridges are available in nine flavors: Premium Tobacco, Turkish Tobacco, Menthol Ice, French Vanilla, Cherry Blast, Gourmet Coffee, Watermelon Splash, Juicy Peach, and Appletini.
Is Starfire Cigs® better for me than traditional cigarettes?
Starfire Cigs® doesn’t actually "burn" anything. There is no tar, messy ashes, smelly clothes, or second hand smoke that a regular tobacco product leaves behind. All Starfire Cigs® vapor fluid is made with American made vegetable glycerin.
Can Starfire Cigs® be used to quit smoking?
Because the FDA has not approved ANY electronic cigarette as a cessation device, Starfire Cigs® cannot be promoted as a device to quit smoking.

Can I buy Starfire Cigs® anywhere other than the internet?
Although Starfire Cigs® products are available online at www.Starfirecigs.com you may also call our customer support service line at 1-800-258-3420. We also have a retail program available. If your local store does not carry Starfire Cigs® ask them to contact us and we would be glad to get them set-up to carry Starfire Cigs in their retail establishment.

Shipping
What countries do you ship to?
Although we ship outside the United States payment must be in US funds. Canadian customers may be subject to GST and PST taxes. For the countries that do not allow nicotine products to be shipped into their borders, you may be limited to ordering zero-nicotine cartridges. All international shipments are subject to individual country regulations and restrictions.
Is shipping free for everyone?
Free standard U.S. shipping is offered with either AutoShip or purchases over $100. All other shipment methods will be awarded a $9.95 shipping credit. For example, if you AutoShip cartridges to Canada your Priority Canada shipping charge will be reduced from $19.95 to just $10.00 because of the $9.95 shipping discount. We cannot offer any guarantee of delivery or accept any liability for lost orders. Although we are happy to assist you to find your order, all delivery issues should be addressed with your local Post Office and/or UPS.
What shipping options are available?
All orders are processed and shipped Monday through Friday from our fulfillment center in Destin, Florida via UPS or USPS. We offer Standard U.S., Express U.S., Priority Canada, and Priority International. Shipping options and costs will be displayed on the checkout page for the shipping address provided. Please note: UPS cannot ship to P.O. Boxes. You pay just one shipping fee regardless of size or weight of your shipment. The following is a shipping fee schedule.

How long does it take to receive my order?
Orders are typically shipped within 48 hours of receiving your order confirmation email. Shipping time frames are merely a guide and are no guarantee of delivery time.
What is your return/refund policy?
We are always happy to exchange or refund products within 30 days of your purchase date to ensure your satisfaction. We will pay for return shipping if an error has been made on our end. If you would like to return product for any other reason, the return shipping costs will be your responsibility. To help us properly credit your account to your satisfaction, please either call our friendly customer service team at 1-800-258-3420 or email us at support@starfirecigs.com to get an RMA number (return merchandise authorization). Please include your contact information and RMA number with the item(s) you are returning. Refunds will be issued within 7 days of receipt of merchandise. Starfire Cigs cannot be responsible for return merchandise that it never receives so we recommend you send any return shipments through a traceable means and/or insure the shipment.

Do I pay taxes on Starfire Cigs®?
Since we are located in the state of Florida, shipments outside of Florida will not be charged sales tax; however, Florida sales tax is required for shipments to Florida addresses. International shipments may require applicable international sales taxes and duties; however, this depends on your local country.

How big is Starfire Cigs®?
Starfire Cigs® are designed to look and feel just like a traditional cigarette. They are 3.4 inches long and 0.19 inches wide.
What is a Cartridge/Cartomizer?
Starfire Cigs® cartridges are a convenient combination of a cartridge and an atomizer* in one piece. They hold the cartridge fluid which gets vaporized by atomizers. Unlike older designs where the cartridge and atomizer are separate, the advanced single piece Starfire Cigs® cartridge design offers a more consistent vapor delivery because there is a new atomizer in every cartridge.
*Atomizers are what vaporize the Starfire Cigs® cartridge fluid.
How long does each cartridge last?
Depending on individual use, each disposable cartridge can accommodate approximately 275 puffs – which is equivalent to about a regular pack of cigarettes. When you experience flavor dissipation, vapor reduction, or a burnt taste, it is time to replace your cartridge. To replace the cartridge, simply secure the battery with one hand and unscrew the empty cartridge. Starfire Cigs® vegetable glycerin cartridge fluid is available in several flavors and nicotine strengths, is propylene glycol free, and made in the United States.
How long does each battery last between charges?
Starfire Cigs® batteries use the latest lithium ion technology. How long a fully charged battery lasts will depend on your usage. The batteries can be charged approximately 250 times before they need to be replaced.
How do I know when the battery needs recharging?
When your Starfire Cigs® battery is depleted the LED at the diamond tip will blink 30 times intermittently. Also, keep in mind that to prevent overuse the LED will flash 7 times as a warning. This does not affect performance and does not mean the batteries are low, but it does mean you may want to take a break.
How long does it take to recharge a battery?
We recommend approximately a 1.5 to 2 hour charge time in your Starfire Cigs® PCC (personal charger case) pack for fully depleted batteries. For safety and warranty protection you should only use approved Starfire Cigs® accessories to charge your batteries.
How much nicotine is in each cartridge?
All 9 Starfire Cigs® flavors are conveniently available in 3 nicotine strengths: Strong (24 mg/ml), Medium (12 mg/ml), and Zero (0 mg/ml).
What are the ingredients in Starfire Cigs® cartridges?
Instead of the common propylene glycol cartridge fluid base (a chemical commonly found in anti-freeze), Starfire Cigs® has one of the only cartridge fluids made with United States made food-grade vegetable glycerin base. They also contain water, nicotine (except in zero nicotine cartridges), natural flavors and/or artificial flavors, and/or citric acid.
