30-Day Money-Back Guarantee/Returns & Exchange Policy
We are always happy to exchange or refund products within 30 days of your purchase date to ensure your satisfaction. We will pay for return shipping if an error has been made on our end. If you would like to return product for any other reason, the return shipping costs will be your responsibility. To help us properly credit your account to your satisfaction, please either call our friendly customer service team at 1-800-258-3420 or email us at support@starfirecigs.com to get an RMA number (return merchandise authorization). Please include your contact information, RMA number and all items from the original order in a padded envelope, and mail it to:

We will credit your refund to the credit card you used to make your original purchase. Refunds will be issued within 7 days of receipt of merchandise.
- All refund requests MUST be accompanied by a RMA number.
- All refunds must be received within 30 days from the date of the original shipment.
- All items from the original order must be included in your return shipment.
- If items are missing or are in poor condition, the retail cost of these items may be deducted from any refund.
We reserve the right to refuse any refund or to issue a partial refund for any request that does not meet the above requirements.

Starfire Cigs products are guaranteed to the original purchaser to be free from defects in material or workmanship for a period of one year from the original purchase date. This warranty applies to the product under normal use.
In the event you need to exchange your PCC (Personal Charging Case) pack, batteries, or charger, please either call our friendly customer service team at 1-800-258-3420 or email us at support@starfirecigs.com to get an RMA number (return merchandise authorization). Shipping
All orders are processed and shipped Monday through Friday from our fulfillment center in Destin, Florida via UPS or USPS. We offer Standard Domestic, Express Domestic, Standard Canadian, and Standard International. Shipping options and costs will be displayed on the checkout page for the shipping address provided. Please note: UPS cannot ship to P.O. Boxes. You pay just one shipping fee regardless of size or weight of your shipment. The following is a shipping fee schedule.

Please note that although we ship outside the United States, payment must be in US funds. Canadian customers may be subject to GST and PST taxes. For the countries that do not allow nicotine products to be shipped into their borders, you may be limited to ordering zero-nicotine cartridges. All international shipments are subject to individual country regulations and restrictions.
New orders are typically packed within 2 business days of ordering and are delivered within the time frame specified during checkout based upon the shipping option selected. These time frames are merely a guide and we offer no guarantee unless otherwise posted.
Free standard U.S. shipping is offered with either AutoShip or purchases over $100. All other shipment methods will be awarded a $9.95 shipping credit. For example, if you AutoShip cartridges to Canada your Priority Canada shipping charge will be reduced from $19.95 to just $10.00 because of the $9.95 shipping discount. We cannot offer any guarantee of delivery or accept any liability for lost orders. Although we are happy to assist you to find your order, all delivery issues should be addressed with your local Post Office and/or UPS.
Checking Your Order Status
Upon completing your order, an order confirmation will be sent to you via email. Once your order has been packed and ready to ship you will receive a second email which will include your order tracking number and link for tracking. Please allow up to 24 hours for your tracking number to become active. You can also set up a Starfire Cigs account online where you can check your order status anytime by simply clicking on the "My Account" link in the navigation bar at the top of every page. From there, you will be able to view information about your order.
